This page explains how Lumaneta Inc. (“Lumaneta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses SMS text messaging for plain-English tech help, requested links, account updates, and follow-up tips.

SMS opt-in form

Entering a phone number alone does not opt you in. This standalone form is optional and separate from checkout; checking the box and submitting it is how you choose to receive Lumaneta SMS messages.

Program description

Lumaneta SMS messages may include customer support replies, requested signup or support links, account-related updates, and occasional opt-in follow-up tips about using Lumaneta. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

How you opt in

You may opt in through:

  • The public opt-in form on this page.
  • The optional subscription form at /subscribe, where the mobile number field and SMS consent checkbox can be left blank while checkout continues by email only.
  • Texting START or YES to (731) 244-8848and receiving the Lumaneta opt-in confirmation message.
  • If you are on a phone call and want a link by text, Emily will direct you to this SMS opt-in page or ask you to text START or YES first. Lumaneta does not rely on phone-call consent alone for SMS opt-in.

Purchasing or using Lumaneta does not require SMS consent, and no phone number is required to complete checkout.

The disclosure shown at opt-in is:

“I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Lumaneta about tech help, requested links, account updates, and follow-up tips. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Automated nurture texts are capped to 3 total touches for a lead unless that person becomes a paid subscriber. Subscribers may receive support replies when they actively text Emily. Conservative system caps also limit daily, hourly, and monthly sending.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Lumaneta does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge according to your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Lumaneta text message to opt out. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL, and OPTOUT. You may opt back in by replying START or by submitting an opt-in form again.

Privacy
