Lumaneta Inc. (“Lumaneta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides plain-English tech help by email, phone, and related support channels. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information for the Lumaneta service and website.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Subscription and billing identifiers from Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Support content you send us, such as emails, text messages, call notes, recordings, files, screenshots, or descriptions of a tech issue.
- Consent records, including SMS opt-in or opt-out source, timestamp, IP address, user agent, page URL, and disclosure version.
- Website analytics and attribution data, such as page views, referrer, campaign parameters, and device/browser information.
How we use information
- Provide Lumaneta tech help and customer support.
- Send requested links, account updates, support replies, call recaps, newsletters, and opt-in follow-up tips.
- Operate subscriptions, billing, authentication, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service security.
- Improve Lumaneta, measure marketing performance, and understand which pages or offers are working.

SMS privacy
If you opt in to Lumaneta text messages, we use your phone number to send tech help, requested links, account updates, and follow-up tips. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent data is not shared, sold, rented, or bought.

Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate Lumaneta, including hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, SMS, voice, and AI infrastructure providers. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us and are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.
Support content and safety
Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details, payment card numbers, medical records, or one-time verification codes. If you send screenshots or files, review them first and remove sensitive details whenever possible.
Retention
We retain account, billing, consent, support, and security records for as long as needed to provide Lumaneta, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain reliable support history.
Your choices
- You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
- You may request help with SMS by replying HELP or INFO.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the link provided in those emails where available.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
