Printer offline
Start here
The printer says offline and will not print.
This one is maddeningly common. Offline usually means the computer can see the printer name, but cannot talk to it.
Likely cause
The printer is asleep, disconnected from Wi-Fi, paused on the computer, or waiting on an old print job.
First things to try.

Turn the printer off, count to 10, then turn it back on.

Wait two minutes. Printers take their sweet time coming back to the network.
